Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the productivity hints and day structuring services offered by DaysTopFit. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full as of 2025.
1. Definitions
"Services" refers to personalized coaching sessions, webinars, workshops and live events focused on day structuring & productivity hints. "Info Products" refers to downloadable guides, digital templates and online courses. "Products" refers to physical items sold on DaysTopFit.
2. Services
All scheduling for personalized sessions is handled through our system. You may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start are not eligible for a refund due to preparation requirements.
3. Info Products
Digital guides and online courses are available for instant access upon purchase. If you have not accessed or downloaded the product within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Once access has been granted or the file downloaded, the sale is final.
4. Products
Physical products are shipped from our warehouse. You may return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds for Services
Refund requests for coaching sessions and live events must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start time. Approved refunds are processed to the original card or account within 7 business days. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session due to scheduling commitments.
5.2 Refunds for Info Products
Requests for refunds of digital items must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access. Approved refunds are issued to the original card or account within 7 business days. No refunds are available after access has been granted.
5.3 Refunds for Products
To qualify for a refund, physical items must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original card or account within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Changes to Services and Transfers
You may request to transfer a scheduled session to another qualified participant up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Such transfers are subject to approval based on availability.
